Title: Investment of Customer Funds  
Abstract: The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is issuing a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in which it seeks public comment on possible changes to its regulations regarding the investment of customer funds segregated pursuant to section 4d of the Commodity Exchange Act (17 CFR 1.25) and funds held in an account subject to Commission Regulation 30.7 (17 CFR 30.7). The Commission is considering significantly revising the scope and character of permitted investments and is requesting public comment before issuing proposed rule amendments.
