Title: Regulation of Market Co-Location Services 
Abstract: The Commission intends to provide guidance to exchanges that offer co-location services to market participants. The guidance will ensure that any exchange that offers such services offers the services in a way that allows equal access to co-location by all market participants that choose to use the service, and that co-location services are priced in a fair, equitable, and reasonable manner.
