| Title: Regulation of Market Co-Location Services | |
|
Abstract:
This item is being withdrawn. Co-location and related regulations were originally proposed by the Commission in 2010. Staff has determined that subsequent rulemakings to implement provisions of the Dodd-Frank Act, including Regulation 38.151 regarding impartial access to DCMs, sufficiently address a number of the Commission’s objectives in the co-location and related regulations proposed in 2010. The Commission will continue to evaluate whether further action regarding co-location facilities is required. |
