Title: Speculative Position Limits and Other Issues Related to Commodities of Finite Supply 
Abstract: The Commission is reviewing existing exchange-set position limits and accountability levels for futures and options contracts based on certain metals. The Commission is considering the establishment of position limits and related exemptions for such contracts. The Commission will solicit public comment on any proposed regulatory amendments or guidance. UPDATE: THIS ITEM IS BEING WITHDRAWN BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN INCORPORATED INTO THE COMMISSION'S EXEMPT COMMODITY POSITION LIMIT RULEMAKING
