Title: New Registration Requirements for Foreign Boards of Trade  
Abstract: The Commission solicited comment with respect to content, methodology and procedures for the proposed new rules requiring registration with the Commission of foreign boards of trade that wish to provide the members of the foreign board of trade and other participants located in the U.S. with direct access to the electronic trading and order matching system of the foreign board of trade. Commission staff evaluated all comments and considered them in the adoption of the final rules requiring registration to provide such direct access.
