Abstract: The Commission is proposing and requesting comment on rules to allow the trading of swaps in agricultural commodities – agricultural swaps. Agricultural swaps are generally prohibited under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, unless allowed via a rule or exemption issued separately by the Commission.
