Title: Agricultural Swaps and Commodity Options Rulemaking  
Abstract: The Commission is proposing and requesting comment on rules to allow the trading of swaps in agricultural commodities (agricultural swaps) and commodity options. Agricultural swaps are generally prohibited under the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, unless allowed via a rule or exemption issued separately by the Commission.
