Title: ●Defining Agricultural Commodity  
Abstract: In conjunction with rules for trading agricultural swaps, the Commission is separately issuing for comment a proposed definition of the term “agricultural commodity,” a term not previously defined in the Commodity Exchange Act or the Commission’s rules. An “agricultural commodity” definition is needed for the Commission’s rulemakings regarding speculative position limits and large trader reporting requirements.
