Abstract: The Commodity Futures Trading Commission is proposing to amend part 4 of its regulations, which concerns the operations and activities of commodity pool operators and commodity trading advisors, in order to have those regulations reflect changes made to the Commodity Exchange Act by the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
