Title: Amendment of Commission Regulation 23.500(g)--Definition of "Material Terms" for Purposes of Subpart I of Part 23 of the Commission's Regulations 
Abstract:

The Commission has issued a proposed rule that would amend the definition of "Material Terms” for purposes of subpart I of part 23 of the Commission’s regulations.  The proposed rule is intended to codify no-action relief that previously was provided in a staff letter issued by the Commission’s Division of Swap Dealer and Intermediary Oversight.
