Title: Amendments to Part 37 to Update Requirements for Swap Execution Facilities 
Abstract:

Staff is considering recommending to the Commission proposed rule changes to part 37. The proposed part 37 rules would codify existing no action relief related to blocks, error trades and confirmations; proposed error trade rules that SEFs must have; and clarify and amend certain provisions relating to requirements for swap execution facilities.
