Title: Part 43 Swap Data Plan  
Abstract:

Staff is considering recommending to the Commission proposed rule changes to part 43 of the real-time public reporting rules.  Proposed changes may modify real-time reporting regulations in light of goals of liquidity, transparency, and price discovery in the swaps market.  Proposed modifications may clarify obligations and increase the utility of the real-time public tape.
