Title: Provisions Common to Registered Entities 
Abstract:

The proposed rulemaking would revise the Commission’s part 40 regulations by: (1) More closely aligning the requirements of the part 40 Regulations with the statutory requirement of the Commodity Exchange Act section 5c(c); (2) establishing clearer standards regarding required filings and processes for registered entities to implement new or amended rules and products; (3) establishing a process for certain registered entities to defer the onset of dormancy status; and (4) implementing technical revisions and corrections to certain rules and definitions.
