Title: Revisions to Part 17 to Update Format for Market and Large Trader Reporting 
Abstract:

The Commission has proposed revisions to part 17 to replace the 80-byte record data submission format in regulation 17.00(g) with modern data submission standards; implement a guidebook and technical specification designating the form and manner of part 17 reporting; and clarify other part 17 reporting matters.
