Abstract:
Staff is considering recommending that the Commission eliminate Part 19 of the Commission's regulations and related CFTC Form 304, which require merchants and dealers of cotton to report in hundreds of 500-lb. bales unfixed-price cotton Call Purchases stocks on hand for which price has not yet been fixed, including the delivery month, delivery year, quantity of call purchases, and quantity of call sales for each stock reported. |
