Title: Definition of "Children's Toy" and "Child Care Article" 
Abstract: On February 12, 2009, the Commission issued guidance in draft form on the meaning of "children's toy" and "child care article" as used in the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act of 2008 (CPSIA), Public Law 110-314 (August 14, 2008). The Commission is considering issuing a rule based on this guidance.
