Abstract:
The Commission's rule located at 16 CFR part 1204 prescribes safety standards for Citizens Band omnidirectional base station antennas. The standard is intended to reduce the risk of electrocution or serious injuries occurring if the antenna contacts an electric power line while the antenna is being put up or taken down. The Commission is considering deregulatory action on this rule. |
