Abstract:
The Commission's rule located at 16 CFR 1500.18(a)(6) bans any article known as a "baby-bouncer" or "walker-jumper" and any other similar article, which is intended to support very young children while sitting, bouncing, jumping, and/or reclining. The Commission is considering deregulatory action on this rule, but only as to baby-bouncers. |
