Abstract:
The Commission is considering issuing an interpretive rule that interprets the phrase flammable liquid fuels as used in the Portable Fuel Container Safety Act of 2020 to not include fuel additives that are added to flammable liquid fuels. Staff is currently developing a draft final interpretive rule for the Commission’s consideration. |
