Abstract: This rulemaking focuses on technical amendments to the interim final rule published in the Federal Register on 09/10/2009, which implemented time-sensitive changes required by the Serve America Act; aligned statutory amendments to the Corporation’s authorizing statutes; reordered and renumbered parts of the existing regulations and expanded the construction and use of defined terms.
