Abstract: Following the United States Supreme Court's decision in Oubre v. Entergy Operations, Inc., No. 96-1291, 1998 WL 23157 (U.S., Jan. 26, 1998), the Commission intends to develop guidance on the status of consideration paid for a waiver of rights and claims under the laws it enforces.
