Abstract:
The EEOC proposes to revise its Procedural Regulations at 29 CFR 1601 subpart G regarding Federal Employment Practices Agencies (FEPAs). On an annual basis, the Commission will post a list of the designated and certified designated FEPAs on its public-facing website instead of listing those agencies in its regulation. |
