Title: Highly Compensated Employees Disclosures 
Abstract:

This rulemaking would consider amendments to our regulations that define highly compensated employees (HCEs) in 12 CFR 620(c)(2)(i).  The purpose of this review would be to simplify the definition of HCEs to provide consistent and quality disclosure information to shareholders.
