Title: ●Rules of Practice and Procedure; Adjusting Civil Money Penalties for Inflation 
Abstract:

This rule implements inflation adjustments to civil money penalties that the Farm Credit System Insurance Corporation may impose under the Farm Credit Act of 1971, as amended. These adjustments are required by 2015 amendments to the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990.
