Abstract:

This proceeding considers possible future action on whether, or to what extent, Commission rules should be extended to include handsets beyond the current CMRS category, to cover in-store testing requirements to certain retail outlets, and to permit user-controlled reduction power as a means to meet hearing aid compatibility requirements under certain conditions.
