Abstract: The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking in this proceeding seeks comment on proposed revisions to the Commission’s part 1 procedural rules and part 0 organizational rules. The proposals are intended to increase efficiency and modernize our procedures, enhance the openness and transparency of Commission proceedings, and clarify certain procedural rules.
