Abstract:

This proceeding was initiated to implement sections 204 and 205 of the Twenty-First Century Communications and Video Accessibility Act. These sections require that emergency information be made accessible to individuals who are blind or visually impaired, and that certain equipment be capable of delivering video description and emergency information to those individuals.
