Abstract:
In this proceeding, the Commission seeks to implement the Low Power Protection Act (LPPA) consistent with Congressional direction. The LPPA provides certain low power television stations with an opportunity to apply for primary spectrum use status as Class A television stations. In the Report and Order, the Commission established the Class A eligibility requirements and the process for submitting applications. |
