Title: 2022 Quadrennial Review of Media Ownership Rules, MB Docket No. 22-459 
Abstract:

Section 202(h) of the Telecommunications Act of 1996 requires the Commission to review its media ownership rules every four years to determine whether they remain necessary in the public interest as the result of competition.  This proceeding will examine the media ownership rules in light of the media landscape of 2022 and beyond.
