Abstract:
The FDIC has withdrawn this proposal, which sought to amend the regulations implementing section 29 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. The proposed amendments were intended to update the "deposit broker" definition, the "primary purpose" exception to the "deposit broker" definition, and certain other matters. |
