Title: Community Reinvestment Act Regulations 
Abstract:

The FDIC, OCC, and FRB (the agencies) are issuing a final rule that would rescind the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) regulations the agencies issued in October 2023 (2023 CRA Final Rule) and reinstate the currently applicable CRA regulations that existed prior to the 2023 CRA Final Rule.
