Abstract:
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is issuing this final rule to amend Part 3201 to empower the Chairperson to designate the FDIC’s Ethics Counselor and its Designated Agency Ethics Official (DAEO), as well as Alternates for these positions. |
