Abstract:
The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) (collectively, the agencies) are proposing to establish quantitative thresholds for certain extensions of credit to insiders applicable to OCC-supervised banks and FDIC-supervised institutions regarding compliance with the Federal Reserve Act. |
