Abstract:
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 14210, Implementing the President’s Department of Government Efficiency Workforce Optimization Initiative (February 11, 2025) (Workforce Optimization EO), the Foreign Service Labor Relations Board (FSLRB) plans to revise regulations to: simplify processes for resolving representation cases and unfair labor practice (ULP) cases. The FSLRB also intends to make other necessary updates to its administrative regulations. |
