Abstract:
Pursuant to Executive Order No. 14210, Implementing the President’s Department of Government Efficiency Workforce Optimization Initiative (February 11, 2025) ( Workforce Optimization EO ), the Federal Labor Relations Authority (FLRA) plans to revise regulations to: simplify processes for resolving representation cases and unfair labor practice (ULP) cases. The FLRA will also be making necessary updates to its administrative regulations. |
