Title: Federal Property Management Regulations (FPMR); Enforcement of Nondiscrimination on the Basis of Handicap in Federally Assisted Programs 
Abstract: This rulemaking proposes revising FPMR 101-8.3 in plain language and moving it into the Federal Management Regulation at part 102-4. The revised regulation updates coverage for enforcement of section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, in federally assisted programs or activities to include a cross-reference to the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards.
