Abstract: In 2001, the General Services Administration (GSA) moved, as an interim rule, the GSA Rent Pricing Policy regulations from the Federal Property Management Regulations (41 CFR 101-17) to the Federal Management Regulation (41 CFR 102-85). GSA is announcing that the GSA Rent Pricing Policy at 41 CFR 102-85 is being published as a final rule.
