Title: ●Change to the Disposal Condition Codes for Reporting Excess Personal Property 
Abstract: This rule amends the FPMR pertaining to utilization and disposal of personal property pursuant to the assignment of the disposal condition codes which Federal agencies use to report their excess property. This rule streamlines and simplifies the assignment of the condition codes and reduces the number of codes from 11 to 5.
