| Abstract: The General Services Administration proposes to convert Federal Property Management Regulation (FPMR) 41 101-4 into plain language and move it into the Federal Management Regulation. The FMR is the successor regulation to the FPMR. It contains updated regulatory policies originally found in the FPMR. The revised regulation enforces Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, as amended, in federally assisted education and training programs. | |
