Title: Federal Management Regulation; FMR Case 2008-102-4, Mail Management, Financial Requirements for All Agencies 
Abstract: The General Services Administration (GSA) is amending Federal Management Regulation part 102-192 by revising several sections in subparts A, B, C, D, and J. These revisions will clarify GSA requirements for Federal agencies regarding mail accountability, security requirements, reporting requirements, and GSA services and responsibilities. Federal agencies will better understand what management actions and responsibilities GSA is requesting.
