Abstract: The General Services Administration (GSA) is amending the General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) to update the text addressing environment, conservation, occupational safety, and drug-free workplace in part 523. The update includes revisions to the Hazardous Materials clauses at GSAR part 523.3, and other technical amendments.
