| Title: Federal Travel Regulation; FTR Case 2009-306, Reporting Requirements for Relocation and Temporary Duty Travel | |
| Abstract: This final rule defines a process for collecting transaction-level data regarding relocation of Federal civilian employees. In addition to the transaction-level reporting process, this final rule also establishes an annual reporting requirement for data regarding employee relocations. This rule is excepted from the definition of "regulation" or "rule" under section 3(d)(3) of Executive Order 12866, Regulatory Planning and Review, dated September 30, 1993, and therefore, was not subject to review under section 6(b) of that Executive Order. | |
