Title: General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation; GSAR Case 2006-G508, Rewrite of Part 570, Acquiring Leasehold Interests in Real Property 
Abstract: The General Services Administration (GSA) is amending the General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) to revise sections of GSAR part 570 that provide requirements for acquiring leasehold interests in real property. This is a significant regulatory action and, therefore, it is subject to review under section 6(b) of Executive Order 12866, Regulatory Planning and Review, dated September 30, 1993. This rule is not a major rule under 5 U.S.C. 804.
