Abstract: General Services Administration removed part of the Code of Federal Regulations because this part no longer provides employees with guidance on employee standards of conduct. The subpart provides the regulations of the General Services Administration (GSA) under title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000d—2000d–7) concerning nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs in connection with which Federal financial assistance is extended under laws administered in whole or in part by GSA.
