Title: Federal Management Regulation (FMR); FMR Case 2012-102-3; Government Domain Registration and Management 
Abstract: The General Services Administration is proposing to amend coverage of the ".gov" domain to the Federal Management Regulation and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). The purpose of this proposed rule is to update policies for registration and renewal of domain names. The CFR is written in plain language to provide updated regulatory material that is easy to read and understand. This case is included in GSA's retrospective review of existing regulations under Executive Order 13563.
