Title: Federal Management Regulation (FMR); FMR Case 2014-102-2, Transportation Management; Transportation Reporting 
Abstract:

General Services Administration (GSA) amended the Federal Management Regulation (FMR) for agencies to annually submit their data for prior fiscal year transportation activities for freight and cargo, including household goods (HHG). This will provide GSA the data necessary for developing enhanced Governmentwide transportation policies to make transportation management programs more efficient, cost-effective, and sustainable. This case is included in GSA's retrospective review of existing regulations under Executive Order 13563.
