Abstract:

The General Services Administration (GSA) is amending the Federal Management Regulation (FMR) by changing its personal property policy.  The changes include the method by which GSA publishes the revised foreign gift minimal value rates and the addition of the term and definition of spouse as used in this part.   This case is included in GSA's retrospective review of existing regulations under Executive Order 13563.  Additional information is located in GSA's retrospective review (2014) available at: www.gsa.gov/improvingregulations.
