Title: General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR); GSAR Case 2014-G504, Unique Item Identification (UID) 
Abstract:

The General Services Administration (GSA) amended the General Services Administration Acquisition Regulation (GSAR) to remove the GSAR clause 552.211-93, Unique Item Identification. This clause was initially prescribed to meet the Department of Defense (DoD) requirements when performing assisted acquisitions on their behalf. DoD has identified this clause as no longer necessary.
