Abstract:

General Services Administration is proposing to amend the Federal Management Regulation (FMR) Transportation Payment and Audit to clarify agencies transportation payment and audit requirements. This case is included in GSA's retrospective review of existing regulations under Executive Order 13563. Rule is for agencies to voluntarily provided GSA data not provided to GSA Transportation Audits. This proposed rule also clarifies agency transportation payment and audit requirements; and ameds relevant definitions.
