Title: Federal Management Regulation (FMR); FMR Case 2015-102-2, Transportation Payment and Audit 
Abstract:

General Services Administration is issuing a final rule amending the Federal Management Regulation (FMR) Transportation Payment and Audit subparts A (General), D (Prepayment Audits of Transportation Services), and E (Postpayment Transportation Audits) to clarify, strengthen and update agency and Department of Defense (DoD) transportation payment and audit requirements. GSA is also amending relevant definitions in 41 CFR part 102-117, Transportation Management. This case is included in GSA's retrospective review of existing regulations under Executive Order 13563.
